Patrick Development Group was founded in 2004. In our inception we found that in many of our older urban neighborhoods, there simply hasn't been much development activities, in the past 40 years.
Patrick Development Group is a real estate development firm headquartered in the South Loop, of Chicago, Illinois. We also have offices in the St. Louis, Mo area.
We are known for our quality urban community developments, also we are aware of our responsibility to the communities in which we serve and our role in the betterment of these neighborhoods. Therefore, we always make every effort to provide products that are of excellent quality and will blend in well with the existing neighborhood.
